Trenkwalder for it's client an aquaculture company , is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Brand Manager to support the strategic development, execution, and evaluation of brand initiatives that drive business growth and strengthen market presence. This role will collaborate cross-functionally to ensure the alignment and delivery of marketing plans, and play a key role in shaping the narrative of company's brand across channels and audiences. 


Key Responsibilities


Assist in the development and implementation of comprehensive brand strategies and annual marketing plans to enhance brand awareness and market penetration.

Conduct thorough market research and consumer analysis to inform brand positioning, identify trends, and monitor competitor activity.

Support the execution of integrated marketing campaigns across digital, print, and in-store channels, ensuring timely delivery and consistent messaging.

Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., sales, prduction, operations, finance) to ensure cohesive brand representation and alignment with commercial objectives.

Liaise with creative agencies, media partners, and other external vendors for campaign execution and production of promotional materials.

Coordinate the organization of trade shows, promotional events, and other brand-related initiatives, including logistics, branding, and on-site support.

Contribute to the development of marketing content including product presentations, brochures, website content, and social media posts.

Monitor campaign performance and prepare regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess effectiveness and suggest improvements.

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of relevant experience in brand management, product marketing, or a related marketing role—preferably within the FMCG or food industry.
  • Strong analytical and research skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (Greek & English), with a high level of attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with marketing tools (e.g., CRM systems, analytics platforms, social media management tools).
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Creative mindset with a passion for branding and storytelling.
