Trenkwalder for it's client an aquaculture company , is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Assistant to support the strategic development, execution, and evaluation of brand initiatives that drive business growth and strengthen market presence. This role will collaborate cross-functionally to ensure the alignment and delivery of marketing plans, and play a key role in shaping the narrative of company's brand across channels and audiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the development and implementation of comprehensive brand strategies and annual marketing plans to enhance brand awareness and market penetration.
- Conduct thorough market research and consumer analysis to inform brand positioning, identify trends, and monitor competitor activity.
- Support the execution of integrated marketing campaigns across digital, print, and in-store channels, ensuring timely delivery and consistent messaging.
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., sales, prduction, operations, finance) to ensure cohesive brand representation and alignment with commercial objectives.
- Liaise with creative agencies, media partners, and other external vendors for campaign execution and production of promotional materials.
- Coordinate the organization of trade shows, promotional events, and other brand-related initiatives, including logistics, branding, and on-site support.
- Contribute to the development of marketing content including product presentations, brochures, website content, and social media posts.
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess effectiveness and suggest improvements.
Τα προσόντα σας
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in brand management, product marketing, or a related marketing role—preferably within the FMCG or food industry.
- Strong analytical and research skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (Greek & English), with a high level of attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with marketing tools (e.g., CRM systems, analytics platforms, social media management tools).
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Creative mindset with a passion for branding and storytelling.
