Personal Assistant to the Founder – Architecture Firm
Trenkwalder for its client, a prestigious architecture firm based in the Area of Kolonaki, is seeking an experienced and highly organized Personal Assistant to support the Founder in both professional and personal matters.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-level administrative and personal support to the Founder
- Manage complex calendars, meetings, and travel arrangements
- Screen and respond to emails and calls, ensuring timely follow-up
- Assist with internal and external communications
- Coordinate with clients, collaborators, and executive team members
- Handle confidential information with absolute discretion
- Oversee occasional personal tasks (errands, reservations, scheduling)
Τα προσόντα σας
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar Executive/Personal Assistant role
- Fluent in English and Greek (written and spoken)
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask under pressure
- Professional presence and excellent communication skills
- Discreet, trustworthy, and proactive
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and digital calendars
- Background in creative industries (architecture, design, art) will be considered an asset
