In recruitment, we take over the entire application process for our client companies and make the pre-selection according to agreed criteria. However, the final decision lies with the client company itself.

Employment and career opportunities:
Temporary work is limited in time. Companies can use this model, for example, to fill in short-term staff shortages. However, this does not mean that you can no longer work as a temporary employee (m/f/d) once your assignment is over. Quite the opposite: the HR service provider (in your case we as Trenkwalder) can now assign you to another client.
How long you work for the same company depends, among other things, on the company's requirements or on the specific project. The assignment can last a few days or weeks, but also several months.
It often happens that the assignment also leads to the client company wanting to take on the temporary worker (m/f/d) permanently and employ him/her themselves.
If you apply for a job directly with a client company, you will also be employed by that company.
If you have opted for the "temporary employment" option and are therefore working as a temporary employee (m/f/d), the employment relationship is between you and Trenkwalder. However, more than half of our temporary employees (m/f/d) are hired permanently by the client company after a certain period of time.
If you apply for an internal career at Trenkwalder, you will of course be employed directly by Trenkwalder.
